For those of you who don’t know me; or have followed recently, I wanted to say Hi, and (re)introduce myself!
I launched my own estate agency in May 2023 after 15 years working for local high street agencies. I offer a personal service from start to finish and I’m supported by my incredible Office Manager, Nowshia. Together we work closely with our clients to offer an honest, and transparent estate agency service to drive the best results for all involved.
I oversee all property valuations for sales & lettings, onboarding, property launches, viewings and client reviews. I also help out with booking viewings, obtaining feedback, offer negotiations and sales progression where required!

I am super excited to introduce Nowshia Waring as Office Manager!
Nowshia has been a friend and colleague for several years now and I couldn’t think of anyone better to support the rapid growth of the business.
Nowshia joins with over 10 years estate agency experience, previously working for some of South Manchester’s leading estate agency firms! She’ll be the first point of contact for anyone looking to view any of our properties, and will work closely with both buyers and sellers in progressing sales through to completion!
